Yizkor Book of Remembrance

Dear Friends,

Yizkor is said four times a year: on Yom Kippur, and on the last day of Passover, Shavuot and Sukkot. In these prayers we ask G-d to remember the souls of family and friends who have passed away. It is also a moment to sit with them again for a few minutes.

We are putting together our Yizkor booklet, and every name in it is read as part of the Keil Malei prayer at all four of those services. Each listing is $18, chai, and the money goes to support our Torah classes, so one name does two mitzvahs at once.

Submissions close Wednesday, September 16, 2026.

The booklet goes to print after that, in time for Yom Kippur on September 21.
